Terms and Conditions

By booking a course, holiday or trip with us, you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions:

You are physically fit for the course, holiday or trip that you have chosen, and have informed us of all relevant medical conditions that may affect your ability to take part in your chosen course, holiday or trip and you will complete our medical form and safety declaration prior to attending.

You understand that in any paddle sport activity there is an element of personal risk and risk to property.

We will take all practicable steps to identify and minimize potential dangers.

However, you must follow our instructions and use the safety equipment provided at all times. We reserve the right to withdraw any person who in our opinion is likely to endanger themselves or others. We also reserve the right to change plans and/or cancel the trip if we become concerned for any reason for your safety or that of any other person

You accept that venues for activities may have to be changed at short notice.

Making a Booking

A 50% deposit is payable at the time of booking and the final balance is payable eight weeks before the start date.

Payment can be made by bank transfer, cheque, PayPal or by credit card from your PayPal account.

Cancellation and refund policy

If you need to cancel for any reason all monies paid will be refunded if we are able to refill your place on the course, holiday or trip.

Cancellation by us.

If we have to cancel a course you will be entitled to a full refund or transfer to a comparable holiday or trip.

It is the Client’s responsibility to arrange appropriate holiday insurance to cover cancellation and any activity undertaken with us. We exclude all liability, to the extent permitted by law, for any injury or loss suffered during a course, holiday or trip with us.
